I have a hard time conjuring in my mind an image other than a world map when it comes to Greenland.

French photographer, Kares Le Roy spent the last two years in Asia traveling over 56000km. These two short videos ("Into the heart of Asia", and "A Continent and its People") were the result.

Australian Benjamin Dowie has created this great video of his travels in Uganda and Tanzania in March of 2013.
From the mountains of Wyoming to the Sea of Cortez in Mexico, photographers and adventurers Will Stauffer-Norris and Zak Podmore travelled more than 1,700 miles along the Green and Colorado Rivers. Leaving in October of 2011 and arriving in the Sea of Cortez in January of 2012, the two journeyed for 113 days.

Well, I guess I need to book tickets to Scandanavia soon, because this in another on the list of the stirring videos of the place. This time of Finland.
A young medical student from France did a lovely job of documenting his recently travels in southern India.
Dubai is such a rapidly growing dynamic city. Every time I see a video like this or a set of photos it seems so much has changed. And certain so much has changed since my brief stop there in 1997.
Other than its connection to Dostoyevsky and Coatzee, St. Petersburg has never registered high on my travel lists. This video just moved it up more than a few spots.
Iceland has long be on my list. And this timelapse piece by Henry Jun Lee Wah just moved it up a few slots.
