Long Exposure of Lighted Wakeboards at Night from Red Bull

The boundaries dividing sport and art are blurred in this collaboration between Red Bull and Snap! Orlando. Mike Dowdy, Adam Errington, and Dallas Friday strap lights to their wakeboards and join with light painter, Patrick Rochon, in an effort to capture the inherent emotion and creativity of athleticism.

Patrick Rochon shot the Red Bull Riders doing some amazing wakeboarding on boards outfitted with amazing LCD lighting at the Orlando Watersports Complex.

Death Defying Riders in India's Well of Death

Mercury music prize nominees Django Django became obsessed by the infamous Indian Well of Death riders in Allahabad. So, naturally, they asked Noisey if we'd be up for travelling over to India and standing right in the middle of large lumps of precariously speeding metal for a day, to film a video for their track "Wor". We happily obliged, getting our shoes stolen in the process, but it was worth it to meet a bunch of guys with the most rock solid testicles we've ever come across. Wingsuit Flyer Flies Through A Hole In A Rock Wall

Wingsuit / BASE-jump athlete Alexander Polli does the never before done-a tactical flight through a narrow cave on a rugged mountainside. The flight starts with a jump from a hovering helicopter, Alexander reaches speeds of 250 km/h (155 mph) while following a precise trajectory leading to the cave opening, he then fully commits and flies directly through the narrow opening of the "Batman Cave!"

The project page describes this crazy-stupid-amazing-daring video as:

Action Sports Photographer On Capturing Some Extreme Kayakers

Tim Kemple's photography is about authenticity, rawness, passion and place. He doesn't take vacations. He pushes himself and his kit to the limits. Tim explains the lengths he went to on a recent shoot with some of the world's best kayakers in Mexico.

Tim Kemple a renowned action-sports photographer created this video documenting one of his trips to Mexico where he photographed some of the most talented kayakers in the world. He uses the Phase One, 645DF+ with an IQ180 digital back and 28mm lens at a shutter speed of 1/1600th.

My friends would say I like to tinker. Impossible flash syncs, complicated rope work, and razor thin focus planes. The athletes push the limits of their bodies and equipment. I do the same.
