Beyond being a giant on blip.fm(http://blip.fm/evablue) , this week's guest poster, Eva Blue (http://evablue.com) has managed to capture some amazing shots of today's iconic musicians as they roll through Montreal. Her photos here include Lady Gaga, Iggy Pop, Lykke Li, The XX, Arcade Fire and dozens of others.

Were on tour with Gorillaz. Currently touring on their own. This song isn't representative of their repertoire. It's a beautiful movie feel song with a haunting sound, complex story and a distinct voice.
2. The Decemberists - Rise to Me http://bit.ly/eqFA9o
New album just released. Love the country feel to the song mixed with their distinct Decemberists sound.
3. Avi Buffalo - What's It in For http://bit.ly/er7QFw
Saw half the band get on stage and play. Half because the kids got stuck at the border. Kids because they're not 20 yet. Quiet, unassuming, sincere, kind people who get on stage and become huge. The singer/guitarist gets on stage and *boom* stage presence. I'm rooting for them. I want this band to blow up.
4. The Bird and the Bee - Heard it on the Radio http://bit.ly/fwHHGx
I think secretly, everyone likes Hall and Oates. They just wrote catchy songs. I'm a sucker for a good cover and this is one of them.
5. Junip - Always http://bit.ly/fIaWk
Song stands up on its own but I had to throw in the video. It illustrates that Jose Gonzales has a sense of humour which we don't really get to see. I like that he makes fun of himself by performing on an air guitar stage and being kidnapped by a Sprockets guy.
